2024 MotoGP Team Preview: Ducati Lenovo Team
Reigning World Champion Francesco "Pecco" Bagnaia is geared up to defend his Title as he eyes the MotoGP title hat-trick. The two-time MotoGP World Champion Francesco Bagnaia, is now ready to embark on his fourth season with the Ducati Lenovo Team.
Bagnaia will again be partnered with compatriot Enea Bastianini, who is entering his second year with the factory team. Unfortunately, Bastianini couldn't showcase his full potential last year due to numerous injuries, but he will be looking forward to redeeming himself in the upcoming season.
Francesco Bagnaia dominated the final two days of pre-season testing at the Lusail International Circuit in Qatar, finishing first on both days. The reigning World Champion also set a record-breaking lap time of 1:50.952 with his Desmosedici GP in 2024. He was the fastest at the end of the first pre-season test of the 2024 MotoGP season too.
The 2024 MotoGP race calendar will consist of 21 Grands Prix and 42 races as MotoGP will again engage the popular Saturday Sprint format at every round. The first of 21 rounds begins with the trip to the Lusail International Circuit for the Grand Prix of Qatar from March 8-10.
